B727 cockpit with a hardwood floor One of the first steps is to put the owner together with a local architect to define the use of the interior space. The architect will take the aircraft drawings we provide and work with the owner to define where the bedroom(s) will go, what kind of cabinets will be in the kitchen, the detail of the bathroom(s) etc. The main deck is basically 11 wide by 103 long or 1,133 sq. ft. The local architect is tasked with insuring the drawings comply with local building codes. We will work with the owner through this process. We provide the architect with everything he needs to know about the airplane and the supporting structure. What you can do with these aircraft is limited only by your imagination and financial limits. The entire aircraft is an incredible structure to work with.
